Certain ethics issues arise time and again. This program will showcase several examples of these frequent ethical questions which arise in both transactional and litigation practice. Are you responsible for the endorsements of you made by others? Can you obtain information from social media sites to discredit a witness or obtain leverage with an opposing party? What kind of contact constitutes improper solicitation? Do a buyer and a seller share a common interest which results in privileged communications? Can you provide advice about the law in California if you are licensed in Pennsylvania?
The format of the program will include a panel of contestants and feature audience polling to aid the contestants in answering questions on these topics. The program is designed to be interactive and entertaining while covering serious issues of professional conduct.
