Arbitrator Intelligence, as our keynote speaker. Ms. Rogers — a scholar of international arbitration and professional ethics at Penn State Law, with a dual appointment as a Professor of Ethics, Regulation, and the
Rule of Law at Queen Mary, University of London — will discuss the importance of transparency and fairness in arbitration and how data analytics can provide parties and counsel with critical insights into arbitrators’
track records to improve arbitrator selection and case strategy.
