The U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, in conjunction with the New Jersey Commission on Professionalism in the Law, is offering three simultaneous programs for attorneys for Professionalism Day on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 from 4:00–6:00 PM at the Federal Courthouses in Camden, Newark and Trenton. These programs will each feature panels of judges and attorneys who will address aspects of professionalism and ethics for trial attorneys, with opportunities for questions and dialogues. Each program will convene in the Jury Assembly Room of the respective courthouses.
Angelo A. Stio, III, a partner in and a vice chair of Pepper Hamilton’s Trial and Dispute Resolution Practice Group, will be speaking at the Federal Courthouse in Newark. He will be joined by panelists Hon. Claire C. Cecchi, U.S.D.J.; Hon. Mark Falk, U.S.M.J.; Hon. John Sherwood, U.S.B.J. and Fernando M. Pinguelo, Esq. The panel will be moderated by Emmy Award-winning journalist Janine Strafaci.
Attendees earn 2.0 New Jersey MCLE Ethics Credits.
