Pepper Hamilton will be sponsoring the Fourteenth Annual Biotechnology Entrepreneurship Boot Camp, an intensive, two-day program that walks you through the necessary steps and gives you the skills to transform technology and invention into a viable company. Since its debut in 2005, the Boot Camp has evolved to address a broad range of issues faced by entrepreneurs from the managerial, scientific and academic communities.
On June 3, Raymond A. Miller, a partner and member of the Leadership Team of the Health Sciences Department of Pepper, will be speaking on the 3:00–3:45 PM session titled "Building an IP Pyramid Impervious to Competitive Advancement"
On June 4, David S. Smith, of counsel with Pepper and a member of the firm's Health Sciences Department, will be speaking on the 10:45–11:45 AM session titled "Capitalization of Your Venture" and 4:30–6:00 PM session titled "Capitalization of the Venture – Mechanics."
In addition, Pepper will be hosting an invite-only networking reception with Janney on June 5.
