Pennsylvania Landlord and Tenant Law Update

Pennsylvania commercial leases often contain unique provisions that may be unfamiliar to practitioners from outside the Commonwealth. This topic will help attorneys understand some of the idiosyncrasies of Pennsylvania commercial real estate leasing laws and provide information that attorneys need to know to negotiate common commercial lease provisions.
