The Philadelphia Bar Association will welcome members of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's IP Attaché program for lunch and a discussion on international IP issues. The IP Attaché Program is a part of the USPTO's Office of International Affairs. Attachés advocate to improve IP policies, laws and regulations abroad for the benefit of U.S. businesses and stakeholders.
In addition, Nadine Herbert, training program specialist for USPTO OPIA/GIPA, and Thomas Young, attorney-advisor detailee for OPIA, will be accompanying the group.
