Hate Crime vs. Hate Speech: Exploring the First Amendment, 'Fake News and the New Administration'

Amy B. Ginensky, a senior partner with Pepper Hamilton and chair of the Media and Communications and First Amendment practices, will be speaking at the annual symposium of the University of Pennsylvania Law School's Journal of Constitutional Law. This year, the symposium will discuss the topic "Hate Crime vs. Hate Speech: Exploring the First Amendment." Ms. Ginensky will be joining the 2:30-4:00 p.m. panel titled "Fake News and the New Administration."
