Recent Developments in Data Security
Already ubiquitous in nearly all litigation, e-discovery continues to expand and constitute a substantial portion of the litigation process. This panel will discuss recent guidance from Delaware and other courts on predictive coding,
spoliation, privilege, and other discovery objections, and discuss the role of E-Discovery in recent high profile "ripped from the headlines" matters. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and hear perspectives from
e-discovery practitioners and vendors on these and other developments.
