LEADERSHIP: Joseph V. Del Raso

Services in Italy are provided through Pepper Hamilton's alliance with Gemma and Partners Legale E Tributario, a tax and law firm organized under the laws of Italy.

Pepper Hamilton LLP has a long history of providing legal and business advice and assistance to Italian companies and individuals in their business endeavors in the United States, as well as to American companies and individual investing and conducting business in Italy. Those services have been strongly enhanced by the firm's strategic alliance with Gemma and Partners Legale E Tributario (G&P), a leading tax and law firm based in Rome. Through this alliance, clients in Italy and other clients have access to the full range of legal services of both G&P and Pepper Hamilton.

Our Italian Desk is a multi-disciplinary team of attorneys and professionals with strong credentials and experience in a variety of practice areas. Our Italian speaking professionals draw upon a deep understanding of the similarities and differences between the Italian and American cultures as well as our client’s business requirements to partner with each client to ensure their success throughout each stage of their business development.
