Representative Engagements - Government Contracts
Pepper represented the following:
- advising a hazardous waste remediation government contractor on methods of resolving
disputes and potential disputes with the government
- represented the U.S. Department of Energy in responding to a bid protest involving
the cleanup of trichloroethylene at a DOE site
- defending personal injury claims arising out of the clean up of a radiation contaminated
Superfund site
- defending personal injury and property damage class actions and individual claims
arising out of alleged emissions from operations and remediation of two former nuclear
fuels processing facilities.
