Ted has devoted his practice exclusively to construction law for more than 42 years, representing contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and institutional owners on both private and public work projects.
Ted has extensive experience in litigation and arbitration of disputes involving delay and impact claims, scope of work disputes, mechanic's liens and stop notices, bid protests and construction defects, as well as contract drafting and review.
Ted was on the board of contributing editors of the California Construction Law Reporter, and a guest lecturer at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, Continuing Education of the Bar, and the American Institute of Architects. He has been a member of the American Arbitration Association's Large Complex Case Program panel for more than 15 years, and is a former member of the AAA Construction Law Liaison Committee.
