Simoné L. Delerme is an associate in the Trial and Dispute Resolution Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Harrisburg office. Ms. Delerme concentrates her practice on business torts, contract disputes, energy and environmental and insurance disputes including ERISA disability actions.
Ms. Delerme has extensive experience managing litigation during all phases of discovery, including preparing for and taking depositions. She has also prepared witnesses for depositions and assisted colleagues in defending fact and expert witnesses at their depositions. Ms. Delerme also has trial experience. In 2017, she second chaired a breach of contract trial in Pennsylvania state court.
Ms. Delerme is active in pro bono matters, including the areas of immigration and post-conviction relief.
Prior to joining Pepper in 2016, Ms. Delerme was an associate in the litigation group of Burns White LLC in Pittsburgh.
While in law school, Ms. Delerme volunteered as a student advocate at Duquesne’s Unemployment Compensation Law Clinic, interned at a large natural gas producer researching land titles and negotiating right of ways and leases with landowners, and worked as a summer associate at a regional law firm.
