Robert B. Joselow is an attorney with Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Mr. Joselow is a mortgage finance lawyer and represents multifamily housing lenders and developers doing business nationwide.
Mr. Joselow spent 11 years with Fannie Mae in Washington, D.C., where he drafted, implemented and was active in the administration of Fannie Mae’s national multifamily mortgage programs, including those financing condominiums, planned unit developments, cooperatives and multifamily rental properties.
After Fannie Mae he drafted, under contact with the Resolution Trust Corporation, as part of the nation’s first CMBS program, RTC’s standards to provide seller financing for the myriad commercial properties that ended up in the agency’s portfolio, including underwriting, appraisal and legal standards. Legal work entailed drafting commercial loan documents for all fifty states.
Before joining Pepper, he practiced law in Washington as a partner with Katz and Joselow and Seeger Potter Richardson Luxton Joselow & Brooks.
