Michael S. Hino is a partner with Pepper Hamilton LLP’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation matters, including those involving business contracts, real estate, trade secrets, product liability, employee-employer disputes (including non-competition agreements) and nonprofit organizations. Mr. Hino has handled jury and bench trials and is experienced in resolving disputes through negotiation, mediation and arbitration.
Mr. Hino also is experienced in litigation involving construction, intellectual property, accounting malpractice, reinsurance, toxic torts, and government contracts .
He has published several articles in business and legal publications. Mr. Hino also was a faculty member at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Second Annual Nonprofit Institute in May 2004. His presentation was on real estate tax exemptions for charitable institutions.
