Michael S. DePrince is an associate in the Health Sciences Department of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Philadelphia office. Mr. DePrince focuses his practice on representing corporations in government investigations and qui tam litigation involving the Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act and parallel state statutes. He also maintains an active pro bono practice representing individuals seeking asylum, withholding of removal and relief under the Convention Against Torture.

While in law school, Mr. DePrince served as a student director of the James H. Binger Center for New Americans’ Federal Immigration Litigation Clinic, through which he assisted in impact litigation before the Board of Immigration Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
