Marshall Walthew is of counsel with Pepper Hamilton LLP and a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group in Philadelphia. He is an experienced litigator with particular experience in the defense of insurance bad faith actions and complex coverage disputes.

Mr. Walthew focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including the high-end defense of insurers in bad faith and extra-contractual policy damages claims. He has represented insurance companies in cases arising out of casualty, life, disability, and directors and officers liability policies. He also has substantial experience handling bankruptcy, real estate, fraud and corporate litigation.

Before joining Pepper in 2007, Mr. Walthew was a partner with Dechert LLP.
