Lee E. Tankle is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Philadelphia office. He provides representation on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including FLSA, Title VII, FMLA, ADA, and ADEA compliance. Mr. Tankle represents employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and state fair employment practices agencies.
Mr. Tankle works with employers to develop comprehensive employee handbooks. He advises on a number of other personnel issues including the development and enforcement of non-competition/non-solicitation agreements and compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and other laws impacting employee background checks. He also assists clients in developing affirmative action plans to comply with the laws and regulations enforced by the United States Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.
