Leah Greenberg Katz is an associate in the Health Sciences Department and Commercial Litigation Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Philadelphia office. Ms. Katz represents and counsels a broad range of clients in complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters with a particular focus on the health care industry. She also has significant experience defending clients in consumer class action litigation.

Ms. Katz’s experience includes representing and advising clients on regulatory and legislative challenges and initiatives affecting the health care industry. Ms. Katz also represents clients conducting internal investigations.

Ms. Katz also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing children in dependency court matters with the Support Center for Child Advocates. 

Prior to joining Pepper, Ms. Katz served as a judicial law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
