Justin C. Esposito is an associate in the Philadelphia office of Pepper Hamilton LLP, concentrating on trust, estate and business succession planning. Mr. Esposito counsels clients on matters involving income, estate and gift taxes, estate and trust administration, and general family and closely-held business issues. He also handles charitable trusts, foundations and nonprofit organizations and other philanthropic matters.
Mr. Esposito is a co-author of the three-volume treatise previously authored by Robert J. Weinberg, Esq. titled Estate Planning and Drafting. He also prepares the current supplements and revisions to Hunter’s Pennsylvania Orphans’ Court Commonplace Book, which is used as a reference by Orphans’ Court practitioners throughout Pennsylvania.
