John J. Gazzola is an associate in the Construction Law Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Philadelphia office. Mr. Gazzola’s practice focuses on litigation associated with construction projects.
Mr. Gazzola represents project owners, EPC contractors, construction managers, general contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers in disputes arising from a wide array of construction projects, including pipelines, mass transit systems, and large commercial and residential buildings.
In addition to representing clients in state and federal court litigation and appellate matters, Mr. Gazzola assists clients with contract drafting, review and negotiation, and provides counsel on project management issues. Mr. Gazzola also has substantial experience litigating and defending mechanics lien issues and claims.
Mr. Gazzola frequently contributes to Pepper’s construction litigation blog, constructlaw.com, and is a member of the American Bar Association's Forum on Construction Law.
