Jeffery R. Mullen is an associate in the Construction Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Philadelphia office. Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Mullen worked for a regional contractor as a project manager, where he oversaw various residential, commercial and public projects.  Building upon that experience, his practice is focused exclusively on the construction industry.

Mr. Mullen has practiced construction law since joining the firm in 2013. During that time, he has counseled and represented owners, contractors and design professionals in all phases of construction projects and through the dispute resolution process. Mr. Mullen has experience representing clients in disputes arising from a wide array of construction projects, including power plants, mass transit systems, highways, pipelines, dams and commercial and residential buildings.  Mr. Mullen also counsels clients through the contract negotiation process and has experience drafting construction contracts and agreements for management and design services.  

Mr. Mullen frequently writes on construction-related topics as a contributing author for Pepper’s construction litigation blog, Construction Law Review.
