Jamie N. Rotteveel is an associate in the Labor and Employment Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Philadelphia office. Ms. Rotteveel concentrates her practice in employment litigation and counseling. She regularly represents employers before federal and state administrative agencies as well as before federal and state courts in claims brought by former and current employees alleging employment discrimination. Ms. Rotteveel also has experience representing employers in wage and hour collective actions.
In addition, Ms. Rotteveel regularly counsels employers regarding compliance with federal and state anti-discrimination laws, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and employee relations issues and employee termination/discipline.
