James M. Kwartnik, Jr. is an associate in the Construction Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Philadelphia office. Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Kwartnik worked for a construction management firm and a Northeast regional specialty subcontractor performing various accounting and management functions. Building upon that experience, Mr. Kwartnik’s practice is focused exclusively on the construction industry.
Mr. Kwartnik has practiced law since 2009. During that time, he has counseled and represented construction managers, general contractors, developers and subcontractors in all phases of construction projects, both public and private, and through the dispute resolution process.
Mr. Kwartnik also counsels and represents clients through the contract negotiation process and has experience drafting a wide array of construction contracts.
