James H. S. Levine is an associate with Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Wilmington office. Mr. Levine concentrates his practice on complex commercial and corporate litigation, as well as business and fiduciary disputes. He also counsels clients with respect to transactional matters involving corporate governance principles and complex commercial transactions. Mr. Levine’s experience includes representing clients before the Delaware Court of Chancery and Superior Court, as well as in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
Prior to joining Pepper, Mr. Levine was an associate in the corporate practice group of a national law firm, where his practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial transactions, and providing full life-cycle representation to the firm’s corporate clients. He also served as deputy general counsel of an international non-profit organization, advising the organization’s directors and officers on legal issues, participating in board of director meetings, maintaining corporate records, and coordinating litigation and insurance claims.
Prior to attending law school, he worked for several years in the financial services industry.
