He also represents clients in international trade finance, restructurings, and debtor-in-possession (DIP) financing. Clients turn to Brad for counsel on other corporate and transactional matters, including equity capital markets.
His clients include companies involved in the technology, energy, industrial, metals, construction, manufacturing, and auto sectors. He also represents commercial and investment banks, private equity sponsors, and other lenders.
