Erica H. Dressler is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group with Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Philadelphia office. Ms. Dressler concentrates her practice in commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on complex breach of contract litigation, securities litigation and white collar investigations.

Ms. Dressler is active in pro bono matters, including obtaining a favorable settlement in prisoner civil rights litigation. She also regularly works with the firm’s pro bono Adjustment of Status Clinic practice group, in which attorneys and paralegals assist refugees and asylum-seekers in obtaining permanent legal residence. 

While in law school, Ms. Dressler completed an internship for Judge Faith Angell of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
