Elizabeth J. Reilly-Hodes is an attorney in the White Collar Litigation and Investigations Practice Group in the Philadelphia office of Pepper Hamilton LLP.
Ms. Reilly-Hodes focuses her practice on white collar defense and internal investigations in a variety of industries, including the pharmaceutical and medical device industry.
Ms. Reilly-Hodes also has experience in a wide range of complex commercial and business disputes, including cases matters involving financial fraud and accounting malpractice, breach of contract, securities fraud, antitrust and unfair competition.
Ms. Reilly-Hodes maintains an active pro bono practice and serves as the practice group chair of the firm’s pro bono Adjustment of Status Clinic practice group, in which attorneys and paralegals assist refugees and asylum-seekers in obtaining permanent legal residence.
Prior to joining Pepper in 2007, Ms. Reilly-Hodes was an associate in the Philadelphia office of Dechert LLP, where she worked on a variety of complex litigation matters, including accounting malpractice litigation, contract disputes and securities litigation.
