David M. Fournier is co-chair of Pepper Hamilton's Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy Practice Group, resident in the firm's Wilmington office. An accomplished bankruptcy lawyer, Mr. Fournier has more than 25 years of experience representing various interests, including corporate debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, official creditors’ committees, foreign representatives and other parties in interest in complex bankruptcy proceedings pending in the District of Delaware and other jurisdictions. Mr. Fournier also has extensive experience as a mediator in bankruptcy litigation.
A frequent lecturer on bankruptcy topics, Mr. Fournier is active in several professional organizations, including the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association and INSOL International, a leading international organization of bankruptcy professionals. Mr. Fournier currently serves as co-chair of the International Subcommittee of the ABA BLS Business Bankruptcy Committee, and as co-chair of the USA/Canada Membership Development Committee of INSOL International.
