Daniel J. Boland is a partner in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Philadelphia office. Mr. Boland concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation, with a particular focus on antitrust, litigation involving complex accounting issues, director and officer liability, and securities litigation. He also has experience advising clients on antitrust compliance and e-discovery issues and working with experts on complex financial and economic issues.
Mr. Boland also is a certified public accountant (inactive status). Mr. Boland is chair of the firm's Hiring Committee and a member of the Executive Committee. Before joining Pepper, Mr. Boland was an auditor with Ernst & Young LLP in Philadelphia.
