Christiane Matuch is a senior paralegal in the Philadelphia office of Pepper Hamilton LLP and a member of the firm’s Health Sciences Department.
Ms. Matuch has extensive experience in complex litigation involving the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Her assignments include litigation management of pharmaceutical and medical device defense matters, as well as general regulatory matters. She has extensive experience in large case management from inception into trial, fact discovery, expert witness preparation and settlement administration. Ms. Matuch currently works on several pending pharmaceutical matters and was recently involved in successfully defending claims against a medical device company involving spinal implants.
Ms. Matuch also has considerable experience in complex mass tort and radiation-related cases. She was involved in the defense of various nuclear workers’ personal injury claims arising out of alleged exposures at nuclear processing facilities in Texas.
Prior to joining Pepper, she was an associate in the German law firm Bender Zahn Tigges, a boutique intellectual property law firm located in Hamburg, Germany.
Ms. Matuch has been with Pepper since 2005.
