Christiane Matuch is a senior paralegal in the Philadelphia office of Pepper Hamilton LLP and a member of the firm’s Health Effects Litigation Practice Group.
Ms. Matuch has extensive experience in complex litigation involving the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Her assignments include pharmaceutical defense and regulatory matters. She has extensive experience in large case management, fact discovery and expert witness preparation. Ms. Matuch currently works on several pending pharmaceutical matters and was recently involved in successfully defending claims against allograft distributors arising out of suspect activity by a tissue recovery agency which led to an FDA recall of the distributed allografts.
Ms. Matuch also has considerable experience in complex mass tort and radiation-related cases. She was involved in the defense of various nuclear workers’ personal injury claims arising out of alleged exposures at nuclear processing facilities in Texas.
Prior to joining Pepper, she was an associate in the German law firm Bender Zahn Tigges, a boutique intellectual property law firm located in Hamburg, Germany.
Ms. Matuch has been with Pepper since 2005.
