Caleb H. Hogan is an associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Boston office. Mr. Hogan’s practice is concentrated on counseling and complex litigation in the field of intellectual property, including patent infringement and breach of contract claims.
Mr. Hogan has represented clients in patent-based Section 337 investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission as well as district court litigations. His involvement in litigation matters covers all aspects of a case from the initial investigation and pre-suit diligence to the filing of pleadings, the conduct of fact and expert discovery, depositions, motion practice and trial. Mr. Hogan has litigated matters involving diverse technologies, including microprocessors and integrated circuits, optical disc drives, gas-to-liquid hydrocarbon synthesis, and measurement-while-drilling/logging-while-drilling systems.
