Brian is the manager of document review services. He analyzes staffing to ensure that document reviews proceed in an efficient and expeditious manner.
Brian tracks a variety of quantitative and qualitative metrics to validate that review projects are tracking to budget, review protocols are being followed, and quality control standards are being satisfied. He also prepares review budgets for case teams using a variety of alternative staffing models. Brian is responsible for negotiating optimal rates with staffing agencies, while at the same time maintaining standards to encourage committed team members who deliver quality work-product. In addition, he coordinates with staffing agencies to identify and vet qualified review team candidates.
Brian provides a number of services essential to the day-to-day operations of the discovery services practice, which include serving as a clearinghouse for vendor invoices and monitoring the opening of new client-matters to route through the firm's standard e-discovery processes.
Before entering private practice, Brian served in the U.S. Navy. For almost four years, he was forward deployed in Yokosuka, Japan and made multiple deployments to the Persian Gulf.
