Clients turn to Audrey for her depth of knowledge of mortgage banking and consumer finance regulations, both for compliance matters and for transactions. She also has an active practice in real estate development and condominium law.
Audrey concentrates her practice on regulatory issues and transactions related to mortgage banking, consumer finance and the secondary mortgage market. Her representation of financial services clients includes regulatory, compliance and licensing issues; secondary mortgage market transactions, including the sale and purchase of mortgage loan portfolios, servicing agreements and various aspects of the securitization of mortgage loans; master servicing and sub-servicing agreements; and loan documentation, including state and federal disclosures.
Audrey's practice also includes planned real estate development law and condominium law. She represents national and regional developers in the structuring of planned real estate developments, preparing governing documents and disclosures and registration with the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, transition from sponsor to unit owner control, as well as compliance with DCA regulations. Her representation of community associations includes general counseling, resolution of disputes, contract preparation and advice, rules adoption and enforcement, governing document interpretations and amendments, and guidance for association trustees in meeting all of their fiduciary responsibilities.
