Angelo A. Stio, III (CIPP/US) is a partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department and vice chair of the Trial and Dispute Resolution Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Princeton and New York offices. Mr. Stio is an experienced trial attorney who litigates matters in state and federal courts throughout the country. He handles complex commercial disputes, class actions and derivative suits, corporate governance disputes, and college and university litigations.
Mr. Stio has published articles on electronic discovery, class actions and corporate law issues. He also has spoken at seminars organized by the New Jersey Bankers Association, the New Jersey Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and Rutgers Law School on electronic discovery issues, data privacy and security, and class action issues faced by banks and financial services entities.
