Thomas M. Letizia Appointed to Mercer County Ethics Committee
Pepper partner Thomas M. Letizia has been appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey for membership and service on the District VII (Mercer County) Ethics Committee for a four-year term beginning on September 1.
The District VII Ethics Committee investigates, prosecutes and recommends discipline of lawyers found to have violated the Rules of Professional Conduct. The objective of the ethics committee process is to ensure the highest standards of the legal profession are maintained by practicing NJ attorneys. District VII has jurisdiction over ethical grievances filed against attorneys who have their main office in Mercer County.
