Pepper Hamilton Represents IGATE in $4 Billion Acquisition by Capgemini
French information technology services company Capgemini announced that it has completed the acquisition of IGATE Corporation. In this $4 billion, tri-continental deal, Pepper Hamilton LLP, a multi-practice law firm and a trusted acquisitions and dispositions advisor, represented IGATE Corporation, in its negotiation of a definitive merger agreement to be acquired by Capgemini.
The Pepper Hamilton team was led by corporate partners, James J. Barnes, Valerie Demont and John P. Duke and associates Alexander D. Gonzalez, D. Taylor Ocasio, Patrick J. Bianchi and Daniel La Luz. Kirkland Ellis LLP was co-counsel with Pepper Hamilton.
