Pepper Hamilton LLP announced that Rachel A. Mynhier joined the firm as of counsel in the Real Estate Practice Group.
Formerly counsel at Zukerman Gore Brandeis & Crossman LLP, Ms. Mynhier concentrates her practice on commercial real estate law with an emphasis on office and retail leasing and the acquisition and sale of commercial and residential properties. She regularly negotiates commercial leases and subleases on behalf of landlords and tenants in New York City, New Jersey and throughout the country.

Ms. Mynhier received a B.A., cum laude, from Rutgers University (1997), where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She received her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (2001), where she was an articles editor for the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution. Ms. Mynhier is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
