Pepper Hamilton Expands Michigan Commercial Litigation Group with Addition of Sean P. McNally
Pepper Hamilton LLP is pleased to announce that Sean P. McNally has joined the firm as a partner in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group, resident in the Detroit office.
As a commercial trial and appellate litigator, Mr. McNally focuses his practice on the construction, manufacturing and real estate industries. Based upon his significant litigation experience, he also advises clients on mitigating and reducing risk related to overall business planning or individual transactions.
In construction and real estate litigation matters, Mr. McNally’s clients have included owners, real estate developers, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers. He also has experience handling transactional matters in the automotive, construction and real estate areas, including supply agreements, commercial transactions, accommodation agreements, construction contracting, risk mitigation, real estate development, project financing and commercial leasing.
“Sean is a leader. He will be a great addition to the firm as we continue to expand our existing strong commercial litigation group here,” said Thomas P. Wilczak, managing partner of Pepper Hamilton’s Detroit office.
Prior to joining Pepper, Mr. McNally was the leader of the firm’s Construction Practice Group and its Automotive Industry Group at Kotz Sangster. He also served on Kotz Sangster’s board of directors and was general counsel to the firm.
Mr. McNally received his J.D., cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law and his B.S. from James Madison College at Michigan State University.
