Murray Levin of Pepper Hamilton Addresses Union Internationale des Avocats in Germany

Philadelphia, PA – November 12, 2012 – Murray S. Levin, a partner with Pepper Hamilton LLP, spoke at the Union Internationale des Avocats (UIA) 56th Congress in Germany held October 31 - November 4, 2012. Levin, who is a member of the UIA’s governing board and a presidential counselor, participated on a panel of lawyers from Austria, the Czech Republic and France that considered the professional liability of doctors and lawyers. He also participated in sessions on trafficking in human beings, slave labor and the sex trade.

Mr. Levin concentrates his practice on medical device and pharmaceutical products liability cases and an array of commercial litigation matters, including those with an international cast.

The Union Internationale des Avocats, based in Paris, is the world’s oldest international lawyers association. Levin was president of its American chapter in 1995-96, and chair of its annual Congress held in Philadelphia in 1997.
