Laura A. Adams Quoted in The Legal Intelligencer, 'Using Design Methods, Technology to Help Pro Bono Attorneys'

Laura A. Adams, an associate in the Health Effects Litigation Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton, is quoted in the April 24, 2014 issue of The Legal Intelligencer in the article "Using Design Methods, Technology to Help Pro Bono Attorneys."

The recently held Legal Design and Innovation Workshop in Philadelphia was an idea competition to address a real legal need, while providing participants with a framework to learn and apply design methodology, get familiar with creative problem identification and problem-solving, and serve as a local catalyst for legal technology and innovation. Laura Adams noted that "going through the design process and looking at problems and letting solutions and issues emerge from a more unbiased observation is hugely valuable, and I could see it working from a litigation perspective where you might predetermine where you want to go."
