James H.S. Levine Elected President of Delaware Chapter of the Villanova Law Alumni Association
James H. S. Levine, an associate with Pepper Hamilton and resident in the Wilmington office, has been elected president of the Delaware Chapter of the Villanova Law Alumni Association (VLAA).
The VLAA was created by Founding Dean Harold Gill Reuschlein upon the graduation of Villanova University School of Law's first class in 1956. The Association exists to strengthen alumni connections to Villanova Law and one another, to promote a commitment to serving those in need, and to assist the Law School and alumni in the pursuit of legal education and the practice of law. The VLAA consists of more than 10,000 individuals working across the nation as well as internationally.
Mr. Levine concentrates his practice on complex commercial and corporate litigation, as well as business and fiduciary disputes. He also counsels clients with respect to transactional matters involving corporate governance principles and complex commercial transactions. Mr. Levine’s experience includes representing clients before the Delaware Court of Chancery and Superior Court, as well as in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
Mr. Levine received his J.D., maxima cum laude, in 2007 from the Villanova University School of Law, where he was an articles editor for the Villanova Law Review, chairman of the Honor Board and a member of the Order of the Coif.
