James H. S. Levine Elected Chair of Delaware State Bar Association's E-Discovery and Technology Law Section
James H. S. Levine, an associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, has been elected chair of the Delaware State Bar Association’s E-Discovery and Technology Law Section, effective July 1. He previously served as co-chair and vice chair of the section.
The E-Discovery and Technology Law Section educates lawyers on the role and management of electronic information in the litigation process and provides a forum for analysis of corporate, transactional and regulatory issues related to the internet and digital technologies.
Mr. Levine, who is resident in Pepper Hamilton’s Wilmington office, concentrates his practice on complex commercial and corporate litigation, as well as business and fiduciary disputes. He also counsels clients with respect to transactional matters involving corporate governance principles and complex commercial transactions. Mr. Levine’s experience includes representing clients before the Delaware Court of Chancery and Superior Court, as well as in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
