Hope A. Comisky of Pepper Hamilton LLP has been appointed to a Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) task force that will recommend updates and revisions to Pennsylvania’s Code of Judicial Conduct. The task force will conduct a thorough review of the ABA Model Code of Judicial Conduct and will work alongside an ad hoc committee charged by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court with examining and proposing potential changes to the state’s judicial code. PBA president Thomas G. Wilkinson Jr. appointed the task force composed of bar members from across the state.
Ms. Comisky is a partner in the Philadelphia office of Pepper Hamilton. She is the Professional Responsibility Counsel for the firm, providing advice on all facets of the Rules of Professional Conduct and related issues. She also is a member of the firm’s labor and employment practice group, and a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.
