Frank T. Cara Joins Pepper Hamilton Construction Group in New York
Pepper Hamilton announced that Frank T. Cara has joined the firm as a partner in the Construction Practice Group, resident in the firm’s New York office.
Mr. Cara’s practice encompasses a wide range of construction law and commercial litigation matters, including contract review and drafting, preparing claim submissions to owner agencies, advising on employment, labor and union issues, representing clients in construction/commercial litigation matters as outside counsel, and drafting corporate documents.

Prior to joining Pepper, Mr. Cara was a partner and co-chair of the Construction Law practice at Connell Foley in New York. Before that, he was executive vice president and general counsel of Judlau Contracting, Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of a multinational heavy civil construction firm specializing in public works projects.
Mr. Cara is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law (J.D. 1991) and Cornell University (B.A., economics, 1988).
