Charles S. Marion, a partner with Pepper Hamilton, has been named president of the Chestnut Hill Community Fund. Mr. Marion served as vice president prior to being elected president.
“It is an honor and privilege to have been elected President of the Chestnut Hill Community Fund,” Mr. Marion said. “I have been involved in the Chestnut Hill community for many years, and look forward to continuing and furthering that involvement.”
Mr. Marion practices primarily in the areas of complex business litigation, intellectual property litigation, franchise litigation, securities litigation and product liability. Mr. Marion received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Pennsylvania: B.S. in economics in 1986 from the Wharton School of Business; B.A. with honors in American history in 1986 from the College of Arts and Sciences; and J.D. in 1989 from the Law School.
