Charles S. Marion, a partner in the Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property Litigation practice groups of Pepper Hamilton LLP, has joined the Advisory Council of the Salvation Army Kroc Center of Philadelphia. Mr. Marion is an active member of several professional, charitable, educational and community organizations, including the Intellectual Property Litigation Committee of the American Bar Association’s Section of Litigation, the Wharton Club of Philadelphia, and the Chestnut Hill Community Foundation. He received his J.D., B.A. and B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania.
The Kroc Center is the newest, largest, most comprehensive community center on the East Coast and exists to provide people with individual opportunities for developing body, mind and spirit in a state-of-the-art caring facility and environment. Its Advisory Council serves the Salvation Army by interpreting the organization’s work and values to the community, acting as a bridge to the philanthropic and business community, providing financial support as a fundraiser and supporter, and assisting the organization in sustaining and expanding funding stream diversification.
