Pepper Hamilton Top Ranked in 2012 Edition of Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business

Philadelphia, Pa. – June 11, 2012 – Seven practice areas and 37 lawyers from Pepper Hamilton LLP have been recognized by Chambers USA as leaders in the 2012 edition of Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business. Rankings are based on interviews with lawyers and clients, and other independent research.

Pepper Hamilton is ranked as one of only three law firms in the top tier (or “Band 1”) of Pennsylvania firms in general commercial litigation.

Pepper’s Health Effects Litigation Practice Group, its leader Nina M. Gussack and partner Sean P. Fahey, received national rankings and are listed among the top products liability firms and lawyers in the country. Ms. Gussack also is ranked in the top tier of lawyers for general commercial litigation in Pennsylvania.

Other practice areas in which Pepper is positively acknowledged by Chambers include antitrust; corporate/mergers & acquisitions and private equity; intellectual property; labor & employment (all in Pennsylvania); and bankruptcy/restructuring (in Pennsylvania and Delaware).
