This session will provide an overview of state franchise and dealer relationship laws, how they may apply to what is intended to be garden-variety distributorships, how to avoid falling in the franchise/dealer relationship trap and the impact, if any, of the United States Supreme Court's recent opinion in Mac's Shell on actual and constructive dealer terminations and non-renewals.
