Temple University, 'Journalists and Judges: The Tension Between a Fair Trial and an Informed Public'

Eli Segal, a partner with Pepper Hamilton and a member of the Media and Trial and Dispute Resolution Practice Groups, will be speaking at the "One Day Law School for Journalists" presented by the Temple University Beasley School of Law, Temple University Klein College of Media & Communication, and Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts.

Mr. Segal will be presenting on the 10:30 AM–12:00 PM panel titled "Journalists and Judges: The Tension Between a Fair Trial and an Informed Public." The panel will discuss legal underpinnings, procedural requirements, substantive requirements, and the competing interests in civil and criminal cases.
