SEC Investigations and Enforcement: The Anatomy of Insider Trading and Financial Fraud Cases

Jay A. Dubow will be speaking on the panel discussion titled "SEC Investigations and Enforcement: The Anatomy of Insider Trading and FInancial Fraud Cases" at the Drexel University Kline School of Law on Wednesday, April 12, 2017. The panel will be composed of former SEC attorneys who will discuss enforcement actions in insider trading and financial fraud. The program will trace SEC enforcement actions from the initiation of an investigation onward through settlement and/or trial. The panel will also review trends in SEC enforcement in the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis and the impact of recent Supreme Court decisions.
